Gibson ES 335

 For sale is a 1962 Gibson ES-335 w/ OHSC serial # 81247.  The guitar is in excellent condition with the expected dings and scratches.  There is some wear through the paint along the edges of the fretboard and wear around the bottom strap button..  It is 100% original with the exception of a replaced fret marker on the 15th fret (it is a bit whiter than the others) and some solder on the jack (became loose and had to be resoldered).  The PAF's (never removed or tampered with) measure 7.4k  at the neck and 7.8k at the bridge.  Weight of the guitar is 8.4 lbs.  The neck profile is wide/ thin  - but not too thin.  I love the neck.  I have owned a lot of 335's in my life and in my opinion, this one has the best neck I have played.  It has the original plastic saddles.  Tuners are in excellent shape and work fine.  The guitar sounds exceptional.  If you are a 335 lover/collector and have been looking for a '62, look no further.  I know you will love this one.  I will be happy to take more photos of specific parts of the guitar.  If you want these, please forward your personal email address.  (Note that photos of the front and back of the guitar show a lighter color on the bottom - this is glare.  The color is perfectly consistent.)
